Work together seamlessly with your team in 3L3C workspaces.
Inviting Team Members
Send Invitations
- Open your workspace
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Team Member"
- Enter email address
- Select role (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer)
- Add personal message (optional)
- Click "Send Invitation"
Invitation Process
The invited member receives an email with:
- Invitation from you
- Workspace name
- Assigned role
- Accept/Decline links
Expiration: Invitations expire after 7 days
Managing Team Members
View Team Members
See all workspace members:
- Name and email
- Role and permissions
- Last active date
- Join date
Change Roles
Update member permissions:
- Click team member name
- Select "Change Role"
- Choose new role
- Click "Update"
Remove Members
Remove someone from workspace:
- Click team member name
- Select "Remove from Workspace"
- Confirm removal
Note: Member loses all access immediately
